1. Scope and operator
This notice describes the data handling implemented in this website and game build. Everest Gaming LLC is responsible for operating the service. You can contact us at support@spinergygame.com or at the business address below. The current hosted preview supports guest play.
2. Guest play and device storage
The game stores guest progress, game history, reward state and settings in this browser’s local storage. Guest gameplay progress is not sent to the account API. Your browser still sends ordinary connection information, such as IP address and browser headers, when loading the website, its artwork or requesting API availability. Hosting providers may process request and security logs under their own retention practices.
3. Phone sign-in when enabled
If you request phone sign-in, the server passes the phone number to Twilio Lookup to check that it is a valid US number and to Twilio Verify to send or validate your requested code. Twilio processes the full phone number for those services. The game database stores a keyed hash of the number, a masked display version, account ID, progress, session records and security/gameplay records. The application does not store the full number in its database or application logs. Phone sign-in is not enabled in the static preview.
4. Purposes and providers
Data is used to provide gameplay and account saving, deliver requested verification messages, protect accounts, prevent abuse and troubleshoot service issues. Hosting and verification providers process necessary information to perform those functions. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Applicable privacy protections may differ by location; contact us with questions about service providers or transfers.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Account sign-in uses an HttpOnly session cookie. Guest progress and preferences use local storage. This build contains no advertising SDK, third-party analytics tracker, advertising cookie or sale/share feature for cross-context behavioral advertising. Hosting services may use their own essential access or security mechanisms. See Cookies & storage for the game’s storage inventory.
6. Retention
Guest data stays in local storage until it is cleared or replaced. Account sessions last up to 30 days and can end earlier on sign-out or another-device sign-in. Server rate-limit records are kept for up to 24 hours, gameplay event records for up to 90 days and duplicate-request receipts for up to 7 days. Account progress has no automatic expiry in this build. Hosting logs and verification-provider records are subject to those providers’ applicable retention arrangements. 7. Your choices and requests
Play as a guest without providing a phone number. Use game Settings to adjust sound, haptics and animations. You can clear guest data using browser site-data controls; this removes local progress. When account support is enabled, contact the published support address to request access, correction or deletion of account data. Identity may need to be verified. Privacy rights, appeal routes and response deadlines depend on applicable law; this notice does not restrict those rights. Do not send verification codes to support.
8. Children
The service is not designed for children under 13. Children under 13 must not submit phone numbers or create accounts. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact the operator through the published support channel. If we learn that an ineligible child has submitted personal information, we will take steps to address the report and remove that information as required by applicable law.
9. Security and changes
The account implementation uses keyed phone hashes, session protection and request rate limits. No system can guarantee absolute security. Production account access uses HTTPS and protected sessions. Keep your device secure and do not share verification codes. Updates to this notice will show a new date; additional notice will be given where required.
